Welcome to my web page (and your doom!) -News/Updates- August 26, 2004: Been a while since the last update, sorry folks. Not that I've been too lazy for this either, I just simply don't have any webspace left on Geocities. I don't want to split it between two accounts, because that means that I will have a messy code and stuff... either I have to put it on my University account (which I will probably do eventually) or I have to go through and delete the old stuff that no one cares about it, except sentimental me... sniff. Meanwhile, I finished the below picture... wow... It's been a while doing it eh? CosplayAngel . Additionally, I've also done this SUPER COOL JET POD which I don't have enough room to show cool pictures off... oh well... meanwhile, my work report is done! Jippeee!! Big load off my mind... except that it's CONFIDENTIAL! which means that the university is not allowed to mark it, which means I have to figure out what the heck I need to do... ARG! Oh well... them's the breaks.... ANyways... I checked my stats, and apparently I'm NOT the only one who checks this site? Who'd've known? I feel luck much less of a loser now, hehehehe... Sorry again for the lack of updates... If anyone knows any other FREE sites where I can host this, just pop me an email... it's uh... oh great... I've got to finally give it up don't I? I'm still learning blender...great free program... check it out Blender3D And, while you're checking out blender, take a look at Wings3d... it's awesome if you can figure out how to use it... at first I didn't like it at all, then I realized the awesome power!!!! WINGS3D July 08, 2004: TRI-weekly update at your service. I'm working on a lot, really, I AM! Seriously! WEll.. this week I just updated the site look... I'm not happy with it.. yet... maybe some day I'll do a GOOD job. Other than that I've been working on a Painting, In progress, but you can get a sneakpeak HERE. I have to remember to delete this update later on...heheheh... otherwise that will become a broken link. What else is up? Well, I'm working on my WORK report for this coop term. I'm 500 wrds over, so I have to cut down. Then I have to do all the referencing (i.e. find references...heheheh) but in pictures and format which is a pain... plus I may just rewrite the whole thing. On top of that I'm building a server for my dad... which is going to cost a few bucks. I shouldn't say server, because its a server/TiVO, which makes it a lot more expensive. The fact that I don't know how to setup the software is another downside, so I'll have learn that. Oh OH! I wrote my first C# program a few weeks ago. Just a simple dialog calculator program. WHICH! happens to update real-time... which was a pain to do (making me think there's an easier way). ANyway, that's all folks. So look for that painting comming up when it's finished. Cheerio! June 20, 2004: Bi-weekly update at your service. The Harley is done.. .well... pretty much. I may texture it, to make it look better, and I may post a few more renders of it... but here it is! FINISHED HARLEY Take a look at the wireframe, pretty darn dense if you ask me... high poly model... hehehehe... June 6, 2004: Hey peeps! Looks like we're looking at a bi-weekly update for a while. I'm very busy with work, more specifically with my work report... so untill the prototype is built, bi-weekly updates is prolly the best I can do. What do I have for you? I have THIS and THIS. I've signed up for a summer 3d modelling course... should be fun. I'm also looking at buying and old beat-up car to fix up. A future project perhaps? Also, I'm still working on drawing hands... I'm not posting all of them on this site because its mostly practice. I'll only post the ones that look super-cool... (and not like alien sausages... cough insidejoke cough). Have fun peeps! May 19, 2004:* A quicky update this week that took a lot of work... Grrr! Mr. Duke Garland's model is finished. I griped on that page, so I will forgo that here, it was a major gripe, I kept it professional... hehehehheh. Next I need to rig it so that we can animate... I also have to model the training sword... and the clay shield, and the stone shield. Then critters. Yay! May 19, 2004: Just a quicky update this week (I'm cheating). I've been very busy with stuff.... but just go take a quick glance at Mr. Duke Garland's model. I have a gripe about that I will gripe about later. Also, I REALLY need to give this site a new look... sometime this summer... hopefully sooner than later.. April 23, 2004: HUGE amounts of updates, as Promised. We'll start small, finished Duke Garland's Face just a new image up. As far as art goes, the ArtPage is updated with a new "You have been Doodled!" section. To practice I've decided to draw my friends, so sometimes I take 15 minutes, other times I take 2.5 hrs, but I try to recreate a picture, for practice. Also a new practice piece (at the very bottom, its a hand), then we have the promised Real Gohan picture and a Collaboration with Yang Sui. There, that covers it. Oh, and 3 new webcam clicks, because it's easy. Yes, oh, and I removed the photos page because it wasn't getting any hits and was taking up way too much space. HA! That covers it. Cheers folks, no more update for perhaps two weeks... barn cleaning time! April 21, 2004: No Updates! I'm just letting anyone who actually checks this site (no one) that I will be starting to update again soon. I'm home at the moment, and there's always plenty to do on the farm... plus I've been working on my compy (now running XP and I still have trouble with a chip... warrenty time!) Just give me about two weeks and I promise I will have new content. For instance, I have a lot new art actually! I've been doing some sketchy doodles of my friend, will post them as soon as I figure out what I'm going to do about the fact that I'm running out of webspace... on yahoo... may have to think about forking over some cash... (if someone actually looked at this site I may have -_^). ALso, that Gohan picture is done. I'm not happy with it though. Am I ever happy w/ my stufF? I also bought a C# book, my dad his a bigger one for me, and I bought a 3dsMax4 book, yes yes, outdated I know... but you couldn't beat the price, and I really just want to know the basics. Instead of thinking, YES SNOWDAY PARTY! It's more like. YES SNOWDAY! Nowicancatchup! Yes, anyway, do not expect too many updates for the next few months. I AM working on the real Gohan portrait, so stayed tuned for that though. January 3, 2004: Projects Page has been MAJORLY updated. It now contains 4 completed projects and 2 works in progress. Also, this sketch has been updated. Now there is a scanned drawing up (that shows better details than a webcam pictures). Enjoy! January 1, 2004: HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! About Page has been updated. It now contains General, Résumé, Photo, and Webcam sections. I'm finally updating the site, closer to the organization that I want it. I still want to organize it better for navigation, but for now this will do. I'm trying to get a "professional" version of this site online so that I can add it to my résumé, and hopefully get a super awesome terrific job. I plan on updating the projects section today as well... we'll see how that goes. December 14th, 2003: Ferrari Testarossa Project has been HUGELY... GINORMOUSLY updated. As in... it's DONE! As I enter my last week at Goodrich Landing Systems Services - Burlington... I enter it with a 3D model of a Ferrari Testorossa on my hard drive (and my parent's hard drive and a disk or two). Ich bin veddy heppy. Enjoy! December 7th, 2003: Ferrari Testarossa Project has been updated. Dashboard is done, but at home "doh!" so You'll get that one later... I've started on the body... no really ready for posting, but I put the current completed version up anyway for kicks. Kinda messed around with the colors in Paint Shop Pro for a bit cough. The body is insanely hard to model! I'm also going at it in a different way that I usually do. I'm not measuring like a fiend for this... I'm eyeballing it... kinda like sculpting. Every now and then I check a dimension, but it's fun. The secion around the wheel well is giving me lots of trouble. It's insanely difficult! Look crappy. Gotta figure out a way to do that... I've started and restarted that secion a couple of times now... Anyway, enuff babbling. Enjoy! November 30, 2003: HUGE Ferrari TESTAROSSA UPDATE!. I need to do the Dashboard, the steering wheel and the seats, then it's the body and the wheels! ADDITIONAL UPDATE: Art Page It's a new original sketch. It was for one of the Engineers at work... he had a shrine of his picture of his daughter around his desk, and he's been super nice to me for the 8 months that I was working there... so, a little gift was in order. Check it out! November 19, 2003: Ferrari TESTAROSSA has been updated. I've been pretty busy eh? Actually, just less careful, more eyeballing... the reason? Well, I noticed that my front suspension wasn't centered in the wheel-well which means I'll have to "adjust" it when I model the wheels. I checked my chassis and my A-Arm dimensions, and found that I was rather far off on some parts. The reason being? Well... I would measure from point A to B. Then B to C. Then C to D...which means the error gets multiplied over each measurement. Lets just say: Lesson Learned. UGH! Not going back to fix it though, so this will be very interesting... I'm going to start modelling the interior pretty soon. I need to do about 6 more parts... then it's the interior. Technically, if I follow the instructions... I need to model the Body first... maybe, if I'm ambitious. EEP! November 16, 2003: Art Page has been updated. You know that collaboration that I was talking about? Well... it's done... yay! Check it out... turned out alright. And if you didn't figure it out... it's in the collaborations section... he heheheh... I just insulted someone's intelligence... the one person who actually checks these updates... if that one person actually exists... but I'm sure he/she does not... which means I didn't insult anyone. yay me! November 13, 2003: Ferrari TESTAROSSA has been updated. Big Update because I haven't been updated for a while. Its been like... 2 weeks since the last update... YIKES! I'm getting lazy. Actually, I've been having some internet problems... troubles... whatsoeva... Um, what can I tell ya... MATRIX REVOLUTIONS RULES!!! YEAHEA! Oh BABAY! That's it for now... later folks... oOOOH! Been a while hasn't it? Well, I have a whole big explanation of the drawing on the page for the drawing... so I'm just going to tell you about my weekend. I'm here in Hamilton, had to work yesterday. Well... didn't have to, but I sorta needed to. I'm making paint sketches at work for all the programs (planes). Lots to do, and they want it done by Friday. Probably not gonna happen, but I'll try. Furthermore? Nothing new really... I'm working on a drawing for a gift for one of the guys at work. Really cool engineer, very patient... nice guy. I'm drawing a portrait of his cute little daughter. Snapped a picture of a picture he has on his desk. No idea I'm doing it... hopefully he'll like it. Kind of a weird gift I guess... but I like drawing, and well... I'm guessing any daddy would like something like that. We fell back yesterday/today! YAAY! MOre SLEEP! October 22, 2003: NEW DOODLE is now in the art section. Due to Popular demand, it has been added there. Popular demand :) Heather and Sarah asked about this picture, I was working on it last work term semester... thanks for caring guys! eh... GIRLS! October 20, 2003: Ferrari TESTAROSSA has been updated. Its starting to come together now! I played abit with lights, so it looks kinda cool... methinks anyway, and I've also started to assemble the engine, couldn't wait! This is soooOoOoOo much fun. I also have the digital camera here this week, so I can take a few pictures of ma desk... yay! I have to put that up on the projects page eventually... um... yeah, updating the Ferrari thing is quick an' easy, that's why I actually do it... sucks being lazy eh? Cheers! October 16, 2003: Projects Page has been updated. Again, Ferrari. Top of engine is now done. There were a lot of layoffs at work today. about 10% of the people... it was not a fun day at work. October 14, 2003: Projects Page has been updated. Well... not actually that page since I've added stuff to the Ferrari project. So, two clicks... DON'T BE LAZY! Yeah, it's moving along nicely. SLowly, but nicely. Thanksgiving was great... well, don't really celebrate the holiday, but the day off rules! Work is sooo much fun lately, I'm challenged a lot... so it's interesting. I'm still working on one of Raman's drawings... I want to finish it sometime next week. So, we'll see how that goes. Till then, I'm planning to model a part for the Ferrari a night. One part per night's not bad? We'll see. Not much else. Beware govenor of California... he will CRUSH you... Good fer Arnie. October 7, 2003: Projects Page has been updated. It now contains a link to my newest project. I still have to put up the older stuff there, but I don't seem to have time with all this modelling. That catalytic converter took me two nights to model... but I was still getting used to the program, and I tend to think that was one of the harder parts to do. Oh well... I'm also reading one of Raman's books, and it's very good... trouble too, causes me to stay up late. Plus work is psycho these days... had to stay late again today... erg... oh well... another day another dollar. September 30, 2003: Art Page is DONE... until I draw something new ;D I've got everything I've (basically) ever drawn up there now. I hardly ever throw stuff away. Some of them are okay... (I'm talking about the bottom section). Anyway... enjoy! Next on the list is the PROJECT page... YEAH! I made a little change to it already... take a look if you like. September 29, 2003: Well, art page is up FINALLY. I still have to do some work on it. I have to make thumbs for all the doodles... then I'll put 'em up.. .and I have two new drawings to put up... those two on the update below. Then I have to work on the projects page a bit... it's comming along at least. My desk is comming along nicely, just running into a bit of stability problems... will figure it out... but it looks good, and that's all that really matters ;) September 18, 2003:* So, here we go, my little place on the dubbayadubbayadubbaya, now finally with a stunning GUI interface with technicolor graphics and peectures that drive modem people nuts. Yeah, no more ugly white page with many many links. Now ugly pretty page with gay lookin' clouds and stuff. He he he, people tell me it looks okay so I won't be changing it for a while, and for those who know me know how long I had the old page. oh well, gotta start somewhere, but seeing has how this will be up for a while, (it will NEVER get changed) and I should have put more effort into it thing. Oh well. I hope you enjoy the new site! I have TWO (2) new drawings. October 20, 2003: Ferrari TESTAROSSA has been updated. Its starting to come together now! I played abit with lights, so it looks kinda cool... methinks anyway, and I've also started to assemble the engine, couldn't wait! This is soooOoOoOo much fun. I also have the digital camera here this week, so I can take a few pictures of ma desk... yay! I have to put that up on the projects page eventually... um... yeah, updating the Ferrari thing is quick an' easy, that's why I actually do it... sucks being lazy eh? Cheers!

October 16, 2003: Projects Page has been updated. Again, Ferrari. Top of engine is now done.
There were a lot of layoffs at work today. about 10% of the people... it was not a fun day at work.

October 14, 2003: Projects Page has been updated. Well... not actually that page since I've added stuff to the Ferrari project. So, two clicks... DON'T BE LAZY! Yeah, it's moving along nicely. SLowly, but nicely. Thanksgiving was great... well, don't really celebrate the holiday, but the day off rules! Work is sooo much fun lately, I'm challenged a lot... so it's interesting. I'm still working on one of Raman's drawings... I want to finish it sometime next week. So, we'll see how that goes. Till then, I'm planning to model a part for the Ferrari a night. One part per night's not bad? We'll see. Not much else. Beware govenor of California... he will CRUSH you... Good fer Arnie.

October 7, 2003: Projects Page has been updated. It now contains a link to my newest project. I still have to put up the older stuff there, but I don't seem to have time with all this modelling. That catalytic converter took me two nights to model... but I was still getting used to the program, and I tend to think that was one of the harder parts to do. Oh well... I'm also reading one of Raman's books, and it's very good... trouble too, causes me to stay up late. Plus work is psycho these days... had to stay late again today... erg... oh well... another day another dollar.

September 30, 2003: Art Page is DONE... until I draw something new ;D I've got everything I've (basically) ever drawn up there now. I hardly ever throw stuff away. Some of them are okay... (I'm talking about the bottom section). Anyway... enjoy! Next on the list is the PROJECT page... YEAH! I made a little change to it already... take a look if you like.

September 29, 2003: Well, art page is up FINALLY. I still have to do some work on it. I have to make thumbs for all the doodles... then I'll put 'em up.. .and I have two *new drawings to put up... those two on the update below. Then I have to work on the projects page a bit... it's comming along at least.

My desk is comming along nicely, just running into a bit of stability problems... will figure it out... but it looks good, and that's all that really matters ;)

September 18, 2003: So, here we go, my little place on the dubbayadubbayadubbaya, now finally with a stunning GUI interface with technicolor graphics and peectures that drive modem people nuts. Yeah, no more ugly white page with many many links. Now ugly pretty page with gay lookin' clouds and stuff. He he he, people tell me it looks okay so I won't be changing it for a while, and for those who know me know how long I had the old page. oh well, gotta start somewhere, but seeing has how this will be up for a while, (it will NEVER get changed) and I should have put more effort into it thing. Oh well. I hope you enjoy the new site!
