Here are some of the latest beads I've made. The sun in the upper
left corner was a lot of fun, and I plan on making a lot more of them
to make a necklace for my daughter.
The red, white, and blue beads in the upper half of the picture
were put together on a pen that I bought online.
The "drum" shaped bead was part of a set I made for a necklace
that I haven't put together yet.
And for those "Finding Nemo" fans out there, I made up some
little fishies that reminded me of Nemo.

Since I got my sister's new surface-mix torch in, I've made more beads,
but have yet to re-locate my digital camera to take the photos of those.

I have also ordered a kiln so I can properly anneal my
beads and maybe start selling some!

More to come later.........

Boy, did I have some fun with beads today. As you can see above, I was in the mood to do different things. I'm trying to make some dog-oriented beads to make me a
necklace or bracelet out of. Looks like I need to keep practicing...the "pawprints"
need a little work!

I also did my first attempt at a rocket (kinda sad, but it'll get better!). And I really liked how the multicolored heart (top left) came out, although this picture doesn't quite do it justice.

The red bead (top middle) was my attempt at a skull. As you can see, it just didn't work out that way. I call it a "ghost", but it really looks like a tooth with eyes! OOPS!
