I was a little shy and didn't know, what to think of that party:
After all, my neighbor Laura didn't exactly look like a "sex maniac",
but I wondered about that party, because I had heard from other women
about "sex-toy-parties" and how wild they get....

Once I arrived at Laura's house, a few guests were there already
and the Consultant put all the products on the table.
I have to say, that I was a little intimidated and overwhelmed
by all the products I saw, especially a 16-inch double dildo !
I had all kinds of worries, thought maybe it's like one of them
"meetings" they show on TV, where you have to tell everybody
about yourself and I didn't want to do that -
especially not about my love-life !

I was very relieved, when the party turned out very different,
then I thought: I had so much fun, and I learned a lot about myself,
my body, my partner, and all the products which are meant to
enhance our love-life.
The Consultant seemed very educated in the "love department",
and after I ordered over $ 100.00 in products, I was sure,
I couldn't live without.

And then, as soon as I was with the consultant in the private
ordering room, she asked me the following questions: :

So the consultant told me, that I start out with a 40% profit....
which meant, if I would have been the consultant that night, I would have
walked out of there with $ 300.00 !!!

Then I did some more math:
If I would have one or two parties like that in a week - on whatever
days & times I would want to work, I would make $ 600.00 as an
AVERAGE PAY per week !
NOW I WAS REALLY EXCITED !

But back to "my story":
I have been a CNA and made a "measly" $ 400.00 to $ 460.00 per week -
and that's with overtime !
Believe me: My job was very hard, backpain was the major pain of all the
other physical ailments I had, and that's why I gave up my job
two months before Laura's Pure Romance Party.
So all I did after giving up my job was taking care of the kids,
the household - and packing on a lot of pounds !

My life was boring, dull and my self-worth due to not working
was zero - so was my self-esteem, being now overweight.
Why should I even get up in the morning, get showered & dressed,
fix my hair and make-up ? For what ? I wasn't going anywhere....
Sure - my fiancee didn't say a word about my looks or my boring days...
but our love-life went slowly down the drain.
Until I went to that Pure Romance Party !

When I came home that night, I was literally "turned on":
I didn't only want to try out the products I bought, I also had
that monkey on my back...the monkey who would ask: "What, if?"

The next day, I spoke with my finacee about the possibility,
to become a Pure Romance Consultant.
And he was as thrilled as I was:
He hadn't seen me this excited, since we first met !
Since I didn't have a job anymore, I asked him to loan me the money
for my Pure Romance starter kit, and he was more then willing
to loan me the money.
After all: He loves me and believes in me - and he seen the sudden change,
the excitement in me and how my self-esteem seemed to have grown over night !
So I called the Consultant, said "I'm ready", signed up with her -
and have never regrettet it !

Now here's what happened next:
My first "show" I did for myself in my own house.
I invited friends, family, ex-co-workers and neighbors, and literally
"showed" them, what I was doing for a living now.
Result:
Even that I was still a little shy, most products really sold themselves !
With 10 people present at my first party, I sold over $ 500.00 worth of
products !
It took only that first party, to pay my fiancee back and to get
two more party bookings !!!

But better yet:
My finacee gave me the money he loaned me as a gift and told me to
re-invest it in more stock and more demos, so that I would have a
wider variety of products to show, and to sell even more in the future !
After my third show, I signed up my first two consultants !
And in August 2005 I attended the yearly Pure Romance Training
in Cincinnati, Ohio to learn more about our products - without having
to think twice, if I can afford the trip !

On top of it all:
My finacee and me married at the beginning of August, because now
we could afford so much more then before:
Thanks to Pure Romance and the great opportunity they gave me !

Here's a little advice to you, dear future Pure Romance Consultant:
Our job is not so different from all other party consultants out there
(Avon, Tupperware, The Pampered Chef, etc.) - but yet so very differnt !
There's two things, you have to remember:

1) Where there's a will, there's a way !
and 2) Set your goals - the sky is truly the limit

As to 1) :
Pure Romance offers 3 Kits, to start you out with:
a $ 250.00 kit worth $ 500.00, a $ 500.00 kit worth $ 1,000.00 and
a $ 1,000.00 kit worth $ 2,200.00

If you don't have the money, or think, it's too risky to "invest"
in a new carreer - that's fine, maybe at a later point in time you
will have the money saved up somehow and want to become a consultant.
BUT:
Each day you "save money", you actually lose more money
with each party you could have earned from, and you still struggle
in your day job or be bored at home with no job at all.
Nobody is asking you, to give up your day job - believe me:
Once you see, how much more lucrative it is to have parties, you will
give your boss your resignation with a huge smile on your face !
Ask your partner, ask your family, ask anyone, you can borrow the money
from, if you don't have it:
It is very, very likely, you will earn the money you borrowed
with the first show you ever have !
99.9 % of our Consultants bought the $ 250.00 kit or the $ 500.00 kit
and earned it back with the first or second show !

As to 2) :
Once you become a Pure Romance Consultant, don't forget to
set your own goals.
Nope - this is not one of them lame "become a consultant and
we promise you the sky"-scheme.
By setting your goals, you should think about, what you would like
to do !
Since this is "my story", take me as an example:
The first goal I had, when I started as a Pure Romance Consultant was,
that I would just have "a little pocket money" and not to have to
pinch every penny.
After the first 4 to 5 parties, I made more then just "some change"
and my next goal became a shopping spree in the mall.
It had been years that I could just go buy nice clothes and just
little luxuries for myself without feeling guilty because the kids needed
clothes more then me - now I was able to !
Next I got married - thanks to Pure Romance a lot sooner, then we could
have afforded.

And what's next?
Christmas shopping, I need new skiing-gear for the winter and I want
a new car.
No - not any new car, and not a car leased, or with monthly payments:
I want to be able, to go to a dealership, pick any car I want,
open my purse, get the CASH out and get my behind treated like I'm the
Princess of Clio, Michigan !
You think, I can't do it ?
