This letter has Important Information for you, so please read it all the way - back AND front pages !

Good attendance will increase party sales, which will increase your free products !
First fill out your guest list (enclosed). It includes suggestions to invite people, you might not have thought of yet.
After finishing your guest list, please fill out your invitations and send or give them to your guests. Always ask them to bring one or more friends with them !
I am asking for you to have at least 10 people present at your party.

All orders are done confidentially:
Let your guests know, that I will have "cash and carry" items with me: ...just so that the guests, who can't wait (you know them guests !) have a chance to purchase products and take them home right away. For everybody else: Products will arrive 7 days after purchase that night.
If the purchases arrive later than 7 days (which is very, very rare !), a gift certificate will accompany the package.
Sorry - "cheating" not possible: All packages are tracked by USPS and I will know, if they arive in time or not !

Also: All packages will be shipped directly to each customer's door in a plain package, with a little address sticker ("Pure Romance by Elke" & my address) on them. The package is very discreet and will NOT say anything like "Enclosed is your Dildo" !!!

I currently accept only cash & personal checks with a valid Michigan Driver's License.
Sorry: No Out-Of-State-Checks !!! Checks have to be made out to Elke Young only, not to Pure Romance, since Pure Romance is my supplier - not employer !!!

Please make your guests aware, that Pure Romance by Elke reserves the right, to charge $ 27.50 extra for each returned check. Pure Romance is my livelyhood and my only job/business and as everyone, I want to be paid for my products & services. Please be aware, that the check only goes once through the bank system: If it is not honored, I will go to the authorities and file fraud charges immediately, to retrieve the monies owed.

The Hostess has 14 days from the date of her party date to "close the party" (Regardless of "live" or "book" - party).
This means that if the hostess is still collecting orders after the party and has not demanded her hostess credit after 14 days, she will automatically forfeit her hostess credit of 10% of the sales in free products !

I have to be accomodated with the following:
A coffee- or dining table, a chest, or anything else, where I can display my products, and: A private ordering room, which can be a kitchen or bedroom - any place, where I can close the door and guests can order in confidentiality: I do refuse to take orders in a bathroom !

I will not conduct a party under the following circumstances:
- If men are present: Pure Romance is a Party Plan "For Women Only". This is a strict Pure Romance policy and can and will not be bent !
- If children are present: This is not only a Pure Romance Company policy but also against the Law. Only women 18 years and older of age can be present.
- If illegal drugs are used: If I am smelling illegal drugs or observing illegal drugs being consumed I will not only leave immediately, I will also get the authorities involved right away:
I do carry my phone with me at all times and as a reputable business woman I do not get involved in any criminal activities !

These are my rules and there are No Exceptions !!!!

Please give your guests a call 3 days before the party to confirm. It is better to invite twice as many guests as you wanted, because mostlikely not everybody will show up !

Here's what you will receive as a Hostess:

- A very generous Hostess Gift, regardless of your total party sales.
- 10% of the total party sales in Free Pure Romance Products: That's just like a Free Shopping Spree !
- Depending on how many bookings I get from some of your guests, there's too much "free stuff", to list it here, so please refer to the "Pure Romance by Elke - Incentive Sheet enclosed !
- If your Total Party Sales exceed $ 700.00, you will be automatically entered in our monthly Pure Romance Hostess Contest, where you will have the chance to win trips, cruises, jewelery, cash, and so much more ! In this month's contest, you have the chance to win the following:

Outside Orders can be taken by the hostess before the party. They are meant for guests, who can not attend at the day of the party. Outside Orders count towards the total party sales !
For Example: If the net amount (without S & H and 6% taxes) of your outside orders would come to $ 200.00, and your net sales at your party would be $ 800.00, your total party sales would amount to $ 1,000.00 !
Please complete Outside Order Forms as follows:
Fill out the personal info on top (name, address, etc.) - Please print clearly. Select items and qty., then write the totals under each column. Next write each column total on the far right in their designated spaces. Add them together to get the Subtotal. Add $ 4.00 to the Subtotal, then calculate 6 % sales taxes (Subtotal + $ 4.00 S & H = X amount times .06%). Make sure, to add S & H before calculating 6% sales taxes !!!
Sorry: Outside Orders can only be paid in cash - not per check, since I am not able to verify a valid Michigan Drivers License !

RETURN POLICY:

NOTHING can be returned, if the original seals are broken and the products were used !
Bedroom Accessories have to be returned un-used and in their original package. You have 30 days from the party/purchase - date, to return the un-used, sealed and in original package items and it is YOUR responsibility to send the items back to me !

Please let all your guests know, that your Pure Romance Party is absoltely different from any In-Home-Parties they might ever have attended before ( candles, cosmetics, gourmet food, housewares, etc.):

How To Host A $1000 Party

Why would you want to have a $1000 show anyway?
Free products, of course! In addition to the $100 credit ( a.k.a. 10%) as your hostess gift, you�ll get the chance to win trips, cruises, jewelery, cash, and much more in our monthly changing Hostess Contest (minimum sales to qualify for the contest: $ 700.00). Hosting a $1000 Pure Romance Party is not any harder than hosting a $400 party.
Follow these simple steps:

1) Make a list of every female you know over the age of 18, family, friends, associates, people from church, your manicurist, hairdresser, bank teller, receptionist at Dr. office, tanning salon, gas station, including neighbors too, since all they have to do is walk over! Don�t be afraid to invite �too many� statistics show that 1/3 of invites will attend the party.

2) Call each guest starting when you and I have settled on a date to let everyone know about your Pure Romance Parties show. Don�t overlook anyone, you will be surprised at how many people have still not heard about us, and would be disappointed that they were not invited to the party the town will be talking about.

3) Two weeks before your show, send out all of the invitations to your guests. The card will remind them about your show. If your inviting people you see but don�t know a last name, or address, hand deliver the invites, it�s more personal.

4) Three days before the party call everyone. Many will simply forget or the invitations will get buried. Blame it on me � say The Pure Romance lady needs an exact head count so she can be sure she brings enough products to deliver and prizes the night of the show. Everyone has been in the position of trying to plan- they will understand and appreciate the call. This would also be a good time to let your guests know that I bring a lot of "cash & carry* - items on the night of the party and to bring their personal checks or cash.

5) Circulate the catalogs among those who cannot attend. Tell them what products you love- they will, too. These �outside� orders make a huge difference for you. Have them either fill out the order form I have sent ( make checks payable to: Elke Young) or let them visit my web-site ( need a credit card ) and let them put your name as the hostes in the "comments" section, so that I know, to give YOU the credit for these purchases also.. This is great for people that are uncomfortable giving you their order. As long as their order is placed before the start time of your party it�ll go towards your total sales also. Which you�ll get 10% of . Look over your hostess incentives sheet and see what else you can get.
