To my wife Elianor and daughter Elinor I leave the use of my house till their decease, and all the contents
I appoint my son John my sole executor, and give him all my remaining goods, chattells.

I give my body to be buried at Hankston burying place
To my brother John Ludlow 5 pounds
To my brother Thomas Ludlow 10 pounds
To my brother Giles Ludlow and to my sister Joanna Ludlow 100 pounds apiece and if my brother Giles or sister Joanna dies without issue it shall return to each other of them and if Joanna has a child and she dyes the 100 pounds shall be the child's
The money given shall be for her own private use which no man shall have the command of them
To my brother in law Samuel Minchin 5 pounds and to my sister in law Shussanna Ludlow 5 pounds
And my desire is that all these mentioned shall put themselves in mourning at my funeral
I give my brother in law John Stevens 5 pounds and my sister in law Mary Stevens 5 pounds
I give my brother Thomas Ludlow's three children Ann, Mary and Giles Ludlow 20 pounds each one of them and if either of them die unmarried it shall be divided equally between the other two of them
I give unto my wife after paying my debts, legacies and funeral expenses all my goods lands and chattels whatever and do make her sole executrix
But if she should marry again she shall (pay) to my brother Giles Ludlow and sister Joanna Ludlow 100 pounds to each of them on her marriage and all the legacies are to be paid 13 months after my decease.
