Or she may be Elizabeth Ingram who married John Hall 17240705, whose wife Ann was buried 17230419 and was himself buried 17340602.

Elizabeth Hall does not appear to have been buried in St Mary's churchyard at Tetbury.

Joan Hall had a Settlement Certificate showing she come from Newton Wilts, reference P 328a OV 3/1/2 dated 31-Aug 1763.
This is the only Certificate which includes people with different surnames:-
Newton in Wiltshire own and acknowledge Mary Vizard, Rhouton Vizard, Simon Vizard and Joan Hall to be Parishioners legally settled in our Parish.

Mary Hall born 15 July 1693 daughter of John Hall, was Apprenticed on 6 Aug 1701, as a poor child of Tetbury, to John Harding and Joan his wife, to learn housewifery. Note - this is the only Apprenticeship Indenture that contained a note of the child's date of birth (or baptism).

Mathew Hall buried his wife 17030324 and was buried 17140926.

The Marriage register has the entry, after the marriage dated 6 Feb 1695 [Old date] that 'The Schoolmaster married', with no date.
Mr Hall the Schoolmaster buried 17030605, buried a Child 17020327, buried his wife 17020401 and baptised his daughter Mary the same day.
His second wife baptised her daughter Jane 17040107.

Did this family become called Hill and so blended with the family of Thomas and Anne Shipton?

William Hall of St James London, baptised Rebekah 17201125 - 17230310 died of Smallpox aged 3, and Rebecca 17240326 lived 2 days.

William Hall woolsorter was named by Hannah Parker as father of her child, and he was bonded to pay 1/- a week plus 20/- for her laying-in expenses, she was bonded to pay 6 pence a week or support the child The Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor records, Reference P328a OV 5/4 dated 06 Feb 1775
