Speech Glossary::Telepathy::/Jornal Entry/ //Thoughts// "Speech." *indescribable action* Chapter 3Stirring awake, a soft groan escaped his lips and a dark brown eye peeked open at the feel of someone petting his hair. Opening his other eye, he looked up at who was stroking his head."...Where is Koen, Amarra?" A soft sigh slipped her lips as her hand continued to run through his locks. "...Just stay for a moment..." Korbin's brow rose at the soft, innocent tone in her voice. It was so un-like her. What happened in the time he was out? Rising up from where he laid, he brushed the bangs from her right eye... It was green. His hand cupped her cheek. "Tell me." Korbin didn't ask, but commanded. She tilted her head to look down at the bed, her mis-matched hues looking to the bed coverings. "...It's nothing..." "Fine." He moved from her lap before she could grab him, heading for the door. Her tanned hands gripped the dark sheets as a tear fell to the back of her palm. "Korbin...Wait...." The dark haired draco paused at the door before moving out. Long, elvish ears peered out from her raven tresses as her illusion spell weakened. Tears began falling more frequent, dampening her hand and the covers. She heard something that sounded like a cat's dying wail, but she then noticed it was actually her howl and she bit down hard on her lip, blood falling and mixing with her tears. Standing within the cathedral, he found no one had left yet but instead, wondered about what happened to Mateo, Yavie, and Jach. Some of the group had ventured into the pit to search for the three, Nade now worried about those Diospada whom haven't returned. Moving to the small group, Koen gave a soft cough, just loud enough to catch their attention as he spoke. "It is here, the sixth seal will be broken soon. Gather all that will come as soon as you can. God will protect all who bear His mark." Slowly, white symbols with a blue glow appeared on the foreheads of some within the group. Only Koen's eyes could see them, this was the gift from God, the one presented to him as the angel Gabriel. Koen watched as they moved past, a tear slipping down his cheek, absorbing into the padding of his goggles, that tear was for those few in the group without the mark. ::Koen, where are you?:: The voice of his brother echoed in his mind. A tanned hand reached up and wiped the dampness from under the rim. Korbin was sitting in the hall, his body leaned against the door of his room, listening to Amarra whimper and sob. His arm was limp over his knee and his dark hues were closed. He lifted a pale hand and ran it through his raven locks, trying his best to ignore the vampire like he used to, but something within his heart wouldn't allow him to just tune her out. ::My room is right next to Ayla's, meet me there in five minutes.:: Korbin bit his lip as Koen said that, having to suffer five more minutes of listening to his woman sob. Lifting his body from the spot, he moved his fist to make a light thump against the door along with his forehead, which was now pressed against it. Quickly Korbin turned and moved down the hall, slipping his hands into his pockets as he made his way to Koen's room. Amarra's orange and green eyes stared at the door where she heard the thump. Her leg slipped timidly to the rug framing their bed and then the heels of her shoes clicked lightly as she moved to the door, pressing against it. Silence. Another tear slipped down her cheek as she fell to her knees, her nails dragging down the wooden door as her head lay against it. Her own pitiful sniffled echoed in her mind, chasing away all other thoughts. Turning the knob, Korbin entered the room that his brother said was his. His dark eyes scanned the room finding his older twin with his hand holding his head up, he was seated in a large black chair by the window. "Three of them Korbin... Three of the 'closest' people to me..." The draco heaved a heavy and very pained sigh, turning his head to his younger twin, the light behind his head casted shadows on his face. Koen had his goggles off and his eyes glittered oddly in the dark shadows. The twins just stared at each other before Korbin made his way to the window, placing his hand on the pane. "Blood lust..." He whispered softly, the glows of the sun beating down on the glass, seemingly feeding the young draco's appetite. Koen just watched him, lifting his hand to shield his eyes from the light. He then noticed his brother's hand shaking. "Soon. You will have your fill soon enough..." Koen tried to comfort, but it apparently didn't work as Korbin's fist shot through the glass, blood dripping to the floor. Pulling his hand back, his eyes scanned over the glass shards in his knuckles. Koen took his hand, using his talons to take the shards out. But the raven-haired draco then wrenched his hand away. "Don't baby me. I'm not the weakling you deserted in the village all those years ago." Koen gave a sigh as he rose, standing a few inches taller then his twin. "I can't help but worry about you... Youre still my little brother. We are the last of our blood line." Korbin just stared at his brother. He quickly gripped his fist causing the shards of glass to fall to the ground. Giving a heavy sigh, Koen fell back into his seat, his eyes gazing back to the window. Something flickered in Korbin's eyes and the draco's hand jerked, splattering his blood on his brother's face. "Take your blood line and know, I'm not the 'little brother you abandoned." With that assault made, he quickly turned, leaving his older brother alone in the room. Credits
