And we're all going to hell if we don't change our ways. Lol. But no, really.

Chapter 1

A looming shadow cascaded the skies, not only all over this world, but all over Gaia as well. It casted the world into a darkness that lasted only about five minutes but when the sun returned from behind the shadow, it was blood red like a harvest moon. All people, all over the world, looked to the sky. Some Knew. Some curious. And some just plain baffled. While in that long five minutes, Yavie and Mateo proceeded forward to Ayla, Koen and Korbin, the princess remaining on the back of the large wolf until they were beside the small trio. Amarra didn't gather with them. Yes, she moved slowly near, but was a good three meters away from them, Maeglin stayed just behind her.

"I'd never expected to have lived long enough to see this day..."

Amarra had broke the crimson silence. The only eyes that strayed to her was those of Koen and Mateo. As the darkness passed and the sun began to shine its final light, She continued to speak.

"Maeglin..."

The draco behind her nodded and quickly turned into his large dragon form.

"Come children, the light is limited and we don't want to be caught in a place we can't trust."

Amarra said with a soft motion of the hand. Turning back into his human form, Mateo placed a hand on Yavie's shoulder. While the desire to part from her, since this was her call of duty, he couldn't bare to leave her alone in this world, after all, she was still under his protect, from that day until the end.

"What have we to trust you?" Koen accused at her, his dark eyes glaring at her coldly as he stared a harsh look.

"What reasons have you not to?" Amarra shot back, an intense energy shooting back and forth between their eyes.

"One. You are a vampire. A creature of the night and one of the most, abominable creatures ever created. Two. You sent my brother to assassinate the Head Priest!"

A long talon, shot out from her back, the bones were contructed like the top bone of a pair of dragon wings only the skin and mid-bones gone. The over-sized talon shot out and into Koen's shoulder, pinning him to the ground.

"Do not lump me in with those parasites!! I'm not a full blood-born vampire. I was a changling, I was once a wood elf." She snapped, wrenching the talon out and it then vanished from her back. "And that was the night before God came to me. You heard how quickly I retreated Thexous. He could have taken you down easily."

Of course, Koen made no noise or any indication of pain as the blood oozed from the wound. He made a small snarl and looked down to Ayla, who finished with Korbin, was now patching him up.

"Fine. We will go. But Ayla and Korbin come with me."

Koen laid Korbin's head to rest on Ayla's leg as he rose, moving a few feet away, and before Ayla could protest because of the severity of his wounds, he transformed into a large scale dragon, much like Maeglin. Mateo helped Yavie onto Maeglin's shoulders and then proceeded to help Ayla get Korbin onto Koen's shoulders. With assassin's head rested against Ayla's stomach, her arms around him like a safety belt, Koen made one last glance back before taking off after Maeglin.

"The comings should be interesting..."

The sun shone down on Amarra, as if to warn her of what is going to become of her. It then just flared in to it's final light, and then she was gone. She stood in her room, awaiting the arrival of the group. Sifting through Ayla's bag, oddly she found the two daggers. First, she examined them by pressing the blade against her flesh, and smiled when it did not pierce her hand.

"Good. They aren't imitations..."

::Maeglin. There is one other you need before the sixth seal is broken... A elf priestess by the name...:: She paused, lacking a name in her head until the draco spoke up. ::Teshyra?:: He questioned and Amarra pointed her finger, although the draco couldn't see. ::Her.:: Maeglin and Koen quickly descended to land on the roof of the castle. ::You knew about her and never told me?!:: Amarra gave a glare, as if to harm the draco for daring to question her. ::I only knew a name. You will need to take Ayla with you to find her. That child is the one God is speaking the most to and through. She will know where and how to find her.:: As soon as Yavie and Mateo were free of his shoulders, the ebony draco turned to his dark brown companion.

"May I borrow Ayla?"

Mateo was currently helping Ayla slip Korbin from Koen's back and shoulders. The dark brown draco glanced to Ayla before transforming back into his normal self, taking Korbin's limp body from Mateo.

"Ask her, she's her own person..."

The female brunette got a bit confused. Koen, to her, had so been protective of her. She then turned to the large draco, giving him a smile.

"What do you need me for?"

The girl questioned as she moved closer to the black dragon, resting her hand on his large forearm.

"Come, we are losing daylight. I'll explain on the way."

She nodded as she quickly pulled herself onto Maeglin's shoulders and the two took off just as Amarra appeared on the roof. "Come." She called the four over to her. As her company approached, she moved her foot to step on a small button and the stone in a five foot circle began to fall from the roof, it was moving at a very slow, controlled pace like an elevator. As it reached the floor below. Slightly confused, Mateo and Yavie were cautious to get off, as for Koen, he was more concerned with the health of his brother than the petty tricks of this succubus before them. //Good... The east wing...// The vampire thought as the stone as soon as Koen stepped off, returning to it's place in the ceiling. "You, wolf and human."

"Mateo and Yavie." The wolf interrupted, moving his stance so he stood in front of the princess, his posture very defensive.

"Sorry... You two get those rooms there." The apollogy seemed to forced for her normal manner as her finger pointed to the far left two rooms. She then turned to Koen.

"Draco, you can stay in the room next to Ayla's, over there."

She pointed to the room near the end of the hall. The wolf followed the princess into what she was claiming as her room, his vibe seemed very unsettled, but perhaps accompanying her in exploring her room would put his nerves to ease. Looking to Korbin in the draco's arms, Amarra almost growled, protective of the young draco.

He was hers.

"Give me Korbin... That was the first thing from her mouth, but she sedated her aggressive tone by continuing in a forced innocence. ...So I may put him in his room so when he wakes... He needs to be in a familiar place..." Koen's cold silver eyes stared at her for a moment, watching her through those dark lense goggles and upon much debate...

"Show me his room."

Her brow twitched. "No."

The tension of power flickered between their eyes once more. Koen then growled and approached Amarra, and even with Korbin on his back, he still loomed over her, just like Korbin.

"Then he is staying with me." The tone of his voice emphasized ever little syllable in the sentence. Her eyes narrowed and a hand shot to the collar of his shirt and she pulled him inches from her face.

"He is mine. Give me him." The vampires voice was very low and a threatening bloodlust dripping off each word. Her orange eyes bore into his dark silver ones. That lasted only a few moments before Koen spoke up.

"For some reason, I can't see my brother subduing to a woman."

His tone was semi-harsh and that landed him a punch to the face fasted then he could react.

"I'd gladly agree with you if I hadn't saved him that night you set your village on fire. Now. Give him to me."

The draco stumbled a little, caught off guard by her punch and the weight of his brother, growled and then shoved Korbin into her arms.

"I want to talk to him the moment he rises."

With that, the draco turned, storming into his new room, only to vanish the moment the door was slammed shut. Clinging hold of Korbin's body, she let a sigh before placing a kiss to his forehead, disappearing from the hall.
