This is a Panther, which was a common tank in the German army during World War II. There were a total of 5805 Panthers of three different models built during WW2. This powerful tank could take out an enemy tank or whole platoon of soldiers in a single shot over 110 miles away! One of its most useful features besides its long range though is the plate of thick frontal armor, making it powerful both offensively and defensively. The one weakness for this tanks defense though is that on the sides or if it gets ambushed from behind it will be almost helpless for a few seconds. As was most mechanical technology back then, it had many mechanical problems. The most common problem was while it was driving the treads and suspension would completely snap or fall of. The later models were improved significantly, but still had some smaller problems.
