| This is a P-51 mustang. It was used by the allies during World War II, it was a small single pilot fighter plane. It had two .5 cal. machine guns mounted on it. It was powered by a single engine propeller. The Mustang was one of the most commonly used planes by the United Kingdom during the war. They were able to fly nonstop from their base in England, go in a circle around Berlin, then back to the base again. This made it to be a very fast, efficient, and maneuverable addition to the allied forces. |
