Whew! My health & slimming page is finally done. But well, if you're already slim, you may not need this piece of information. There are some low fat recipes included. This page will be updated every month as well. Latest update on March on use of Glucosamine for osteoarthritis.. For LEON FANS...the best way to exercise is to do brisk walking to the rhythm of Leon's "Leon Club Sandwich" album (CD One) from Song 1 - 9. It makes exercising more fun and exciting! Do that everyday, and you'll be a much healthier person...:)
Most people will think that I am crazy or what. Well, I have a very good reason to created this page. Firstly, its my favourite ancient series (Eternal Hapiness) in these few years and secondly, the casts were great! Included is a full review (written by myself) of this TVB production series and some of the links to webpages of the two main leads. Hmm...I am not an expert in language. Just wanna share some of the Japanese phrases that I've learnt with Malay and English translation. I am currently learning famous Chinese Proverbs/sayings and I'll post up some for those who are interested. You can also share with us some of the Chinese proverbs or Japanese phrases that you know.
