Moreover, the Preliminary Board of Jury bestowed a "Special Citation for Short Documentary Film" to ARMOR OF GOD by Brett Ingram & Jim Haverkamp (USA) for its interestingly unique subject matter, treatment, visuals and perspectives in filmmaking. The same jury members emphasized that despite the elimination of the "In Competition" section for the Documentary category, all selected entries under the "Out of Competition" Documentary category were carefully handpicked and were selected for their individual merits.)
