| OUR COMMITMENT We are committed to: - encouraging, promoting and supporting young and less-visible Filipino film and video makers and their works; - deepening the awareness and appreciation of audiences towards experimental and independent film and video (all formats and media); - making experimental and independent works more accessible to the general public; - providing venues for student, amateur and/or professional film and video makers to showcase their works; - encouraging film and video makers to explore experimental and innovative ideas and perspectives in film and video making; - promoting cultural exchanges by featuring international exchange programs from all over the world; - offering educational outreach to remote sites |

| OUR CRITERIA We love works that have high regard for film and video as creative media. We also want works that represent what is current in the independent circuit. Finally, we encourage works that pushes film and video to extreme boundaries. We strive to consistently maintain a high standard of artistic integrity. |

| In 2003, eKsperim[E]nto has been the primary sponsor of the Philippine programs at the 'Out on Screen Queer Film and Video Festival' held in Vancouver, Canada and the 'Antimatter Festival of Underground Short Films & Videos' held in Victoria, British Columbia. |
