Co-ordination of scientific endeavours of research institutions, small research centres of Tajikistan, the Russian Federation and other states, international scientific entities and separate scientists, whose activity is aimed at revival and popularization of scientific, theoretical and spiritual heritage of the peoples of Iranian origin in Central Asia and the Russian Federation.

Help in establishing, developing and implementing relevant specified governmental, inter-governmental, public and private research programmes.

Development and implementation of research programmes in the field of historical studies of Literary and cultural connections between the Euro-Asian peoples, especially the studies relating to the problems that have existed between Iranians and Arabs, Iranians and Greeks,

Iranians and Slavs, Iranians and Armenians, Iranians and Hebrews and Iranians and Turks in ancient times, in the Middle Ages and nowadays.

Exercising charity actions directed to support scientific intellectuals, postgraduates, fellows and young scientists, students and gifted pupils.

Editing (as a priority of these Foundations) of scientific and critical texts that were not published previously, and of manuscripts, not readily available to the scientific circles, in the Tajik - Persian and Arabic languages, concerning theoretic problems of science, arts and Islam, as well as translation of these materials into modern languages and their scientific commenting.
