Function:
Enter or update notes of the guest during his stay in the hotel. This notes may be used as reminders about spectial actions or services offered to guest in reservation or check in.

Opening Page:
This form is opened when when the room occupancy form is open for old reservation or old check in or after check in or resrvation.

Data Fields:
This form include one data field only.
Notes Is text entered by the user. Each line represent one note or reminder.

Function Buttons:
The form includes the following functions:
Add to add new note.
Edit to edit an old note.
Delete to delete an old note.
In addition to above function the form also has buttons to move between notes (First, Last, Previous, and Next). The Cancel and Update buttons appear in the edit or add mode to cancel changes or accept and save changes.
