Howdy all!
Just a quick note to remind everyone that if you haven't booked your hotel room yet for the convention, you might want to do it soon. Our special rate expires on August 18th and you don't want to have to pay a higher price or take a chance on not getting a room at all. Remember, we only have ten rooms set aside at the reduced rate.
In order to book, you must call the Hampton Inn & Suites directly and ask for "in house
reservations", then tell them you are with the Early Edition Group. The number for the hotel is: 1-312-832-0330.

And one final word about the convention. Amy has worked hard to get VIPs to come to the EELfest, and they do so at their own expense. If there are not enough interested folks for them to speak to, it's hardly
worth it for them (or for the committee) to spend so much time and money. We'd hate to have to cancel this thing, so please, if you are planning on coming, let us know. (And register, register, register!)

New URL and Format for EELFEST NEWS!

Since some visitors have had problems accessing our old website at http://community-2.webtv.net/ghobson-4/eetrip I decided to try and make a website with the computer, that hopefully everyone will be able to access.
Since I'm new to this whole computer technology stuff, I decided now was about as good of a time as any to try to learn something new. I hope everyone likes the new format and I hope that it is easy for everyone to browse.
