EELFEST NEWS!
Questionnaire for EELFEST 2004

The EELFEST committee has been hard  at work bouncing ideas around for
the next convention. We decided, before we begin to implement some of these plans, that it would be a good  idea to attempt to gauge interest  in another convention. For that reason, we have come up with a series  of questions and would appreciate
all answers and opinions. Answering  the questionnaire will not obligate you to attend - though we would certainly like you to join us.

If you can, cut and paste the following questions, into an email format, answer them and send them to
[email protected] Your replies will be seen by the convention committee only.

1)At this time, because of various other conflicts, we are proposing
to host the 2004 EELFEST in Chicago on a mid- to late September
weekend. Would you be able to come?

2)Souvenirs ~ What type of souvenirs would you be interested
                in?
Would you be willing to purchase from an online source?
Would you be upset if we didn't offer souvenirs?

3)What type of VIP format would interest you? Panel discussions?
Loose structure, no schedule, as in the past?

4)We have fielded some complaints from past attendees about
unacceptable behavior from some fans. Would you be willing to abide
by a set of convention etiquette rules that might involve expulsion
from the convention, if necessary?  These rules would be posted in advance
                of the convention.

5)Would you be interested in a box-lunch (or some type of food
provided), the cost to be included in the admission charge? Or,
should everyone fend for themselves at lunch time?

Please feel free to answer any or all questions. Your input is
                appreciated.
