Needed Characters
Eden Defense Force members - The EDF's members have cybernetic enhancements that allow them to combat better with Trans characters and Psionic characters. There is a low survival expectancy; these characters are wild, reckless, and strong, and show fierce loyalty to their teammates.
3 Peace Force members - The Peace Force is the equivalent of today's policing forces. They have cool weapons, but not all of them are cyborgs. There is a higher survival rank among their members; they mainly deal with dispensing the laws and occasionally capturing or executing Psions. Some may be on Councillor's payrolls to sabotage, spy, and assassinate key governmental figures.
Council Members
(Military Advisor) Nathaniel Ashton- TAKEN - The uncrowned head of the Council of Seven. He is charismatic, handsome, and strong. Let's not forget ruthless, although he is loyal to the Council's cause in discovering Eden.
Crystelle Henton- TAKEN - Nathaniel's devoted assistant and second-in-command. She is a veteran medic from the EDF, having retired after taking a serious wound to the neck. She is beautiful and blindly loyal. It is known that the two are in love, but would sacrifice the other's life for the 'good of the cause'. She is a secret possessor of an innate Psi ability.
(Head of Finance) Arlynn Barolach- TAKEN - Arlynn is the only female member of the Council. She has high ambitions and is a dedicated worker almost to the point of obsessing. She and Nathaniel Ashton have a sort of "alliance" though both are careful to never let their guard down. Arlynn takes her job as Head of Finaces to her capitalistic heart.
(Department of Energy) Erik Weisskreuger- The President of NEO, or the New Energy Organization. He plays powerless to the military, but has his own secret agenda to take over as head of the Council. As a result of a long ago accident, he is now the owner of a cybernetic eye. He is the last remaining member of his family.
(Head of Weapons Tech.) - TAKEN- Lawson Dunn- He is another lackey to the military. Although he is considered a genius, Lawson pays very little attention to anything outside of his lab, and usually either sends a proxy to the Council meetings to vote for him or allows Ashton to decide for him. He is the secret possessor of a very strong psionic ability. The oldest member of the council.
(Head of Biotech Development) Jameson Michner- Said by some to be even more intelligent than Dunn, and with less scruples. It is well known that he allows the use of live subjects in (sometimes painful) experiments. However, he is responsible for several life-saving procedures and has brought the field of nanotechnology along farther than anyone else.
(Utilities and Health) Andreas Kournikov- TAKEN- Works together with Michner in an informal Council alliance. A noble man, he is responsible for ensuring that the people of New York have healthcare, food, and clean streets. Over the last decade, half of his family, including one of his sons, has been murdered. He is a very dedicated husband. In fact, his wife is his second in command.
Annette Kournikov- Loving wife of Andreas. She is his very capable and very scrupulous wife and vice president of the Utilities Board, and often worries over his long work hours. She is also responsible for restraining Andreas from personally hunting down his youngest child's murderer.
(Manufacturing and Transport) Daniel Penneson- He is known to line his pockets with the corporation's money. He also ensures that all bullet trains and EMP mechanisms function correctly, and that factories meet Council standards.

Keep in mind that some characters may fill more than one category in this list... And that these are just barebones necessity to keep the rpg running. We also need other types of Children and Soldiers. Also, for the time being I will no longer be accepting Fire or Telepathic types. NO MORE HACKERS!!!
