have a problem with the (too
rare) sun here in Brittany:
all the workshop windows are fixed and it is difficult to avoid the overheat when the sun shines. So I modify a window to have ventilation. Now I can play in my workshop even on sunny weather! But next winter, I will maybe regret it.;o) |

and finish the intake ports on Saturday. Some intake valve seats have been touched a little during the works. So I lap the intake valves on Sunday. I consider the porting job on the heads DONE.

start to put the valves on one head and from the first exhaust valve, I
notice this:
If the light passes, what about the compression... So I have to lap all the exhaust valves of the TWO heads... |

spin the valve using a bit of fuel line with some 240 abrasive paper taped
to the valve |

left head is finally done, and the right one 2 days later. |

I had to port again the chamber 2 that measured 74.5cc. I figured out then how much I had to port to increase only 0.6cc! I think that the first measurements have been altered by these seat leaks. I can take 3 times the same measurement what wasn't the case before here is the final chart of the measurements |
