Hi Everyone! I can't believe it's fall already! That means that we are over the 6-month hump and are now on the downslide to redeployment! The 204th Family Readiness Group (FRG) has lots of activities planned for the up and coming months and holidays to hopefully keep each of us busy and help the time continue to pass quickly. I'd like to take this opportunity to recognize a few people who are doing an outstanding job with the FRG. First of all, I'd like to say thank you to Chris Gayagas for giving me this opportunity to work with the FRG on the Battalion level and to Brenda Ellis for putting up with all of my questions and concerns. Their combined support, wisdom and guidance (and humor) keep me going! Also, I would like to thank the FRG leaders from each company: HDC Jackie Martin and Rhonda Chandler, A FSC Noreen Cameron and Heather Saddler, B FSC Marla Luna and Serene Pennington, C FSC Rosanna Rolan-Grau, Cristy McLean and formerly Shawna Kneisc, D BSC Carol Herron and Stephanie Eastman-Chavez and Echo Med Kathy Sepanic and Shannon Reyes. These ladies make working with the FRG easy and fun! You are each doing a tremendous job and the sacrifices you make with your home, children, schooling and jobs are not taken lightly. Most of all, I like to thank the spouses of the 204th for your continued support of our soldiers. Your support and diligence here at home make it easier and a little more bearable for them to do their jobs until they all return home safely. Stay strong! Sincerely, Linda Heussner 204th FRG President
