Rules: The Player's Association



  1. With the exception of the Commissioners, all active players in the league are members of the ECHC Player�s Association.

  2. The role of the ECHCPA is to give players an avenue to voice their opinions before the league.

  3. All intellectual material and structural principles pertaining specifically to players is the property and jurisdiction of the ECHCPA alone. (for example, player numbers and many issues regarding equipment use).

  4. The ECHCPA must determine a representative. The current ECHCPA Representative is: Domenic Dadalt.

  5. It is the responsibility of the ECHCPA Representative to hear concerns from the ECHCPA and bring them before the Commissioner�s Office for judgment.

  6. The ECHCPA Representative ought to be a regular participant in games.
