People are always talking about Skilling in There. What is it? Unlike most online games, there's no "point" to There; there are no guilds, goals, or levels to attain.
However, all members will get some amount of free stuff for increasing various kinds of experience. There are 16 different activities you can gain experience, or skill, in. When you first look at your profile, by clicking on your name above your head, you'll see something like this:
In the picture above on the left you see Social & Creative Experience. This free member has attained a level of Casual Fashionista by trying on and changing clothes. Under Sports Experience & Ratings, you can see that they have reached the level of Casual Board Rider.
The skill ladder for each skill goes:
Casual
Avid
Expert
Renowed
Legendary
Free members can only skill to the level of Avid in any of the categories. Paid members can skill all the way up the ladder.
Both free and paid members will receive clothing and other items when they reach the next level of experience. Paid members will receive greater priveleges to put documents in the world and host events.
