Dunfermline Colts did what the Pars couldn't do on Saturday by travelling to Inverness and returning with a convincing 36-0 victory over Highland. Man of the Match Stevie McColl ran the show from centre and sent Dunfie Colts into the lead after 10 minutes with a fine run at pace, bursting through the Highland defence, to score between the posts, after which he converted. Jonny Smart then got in on the act with a fine try after 30 mins which stevie McColl converted. 10 Minutes into the second half Stevie McColl did it again with a try and conversion and on the hour mark Greg Robertson scored an unconverted try to make the score 26-0. 2 minutes later Stevie McColl completed his hat-trick of try's but failed to make the conversion. The
final try of the day was scored by substitute James Lawrie to complete the scoring.
This game completed Dunfermline Colts Caledonia Under 18 Premier League campaign for this season which sees Dunfie Colts winning the league with a 100% record. Dunfermline Colts now go on to represent the Caledonia District in the Tri-District league against the best teams for the Edinburgh and Glasgow districts before representing Caledonia again in the Nationals Competition in the new year
