AURA READING

STEPS IN AURA READING
The basics of aura reading involves a relaxed, focused and worry-free mind. The trick is to keep the eyes focused on the subject while allowing the mind to be worry-free. For beginners, reading auras around inanimate objects proves to be more beneficial as these are easier to concentrate upon.

Flood the room with soft light that does not make the surface of the subject shine or reflect light.

Place the object, whose aura you want to study against a neutral background, soft grey, white or black are neutral colours.

Select a single-coloured object in primary colour as secondary and tertiary colours tend to confuse the eye.

Close your eyes and imagine a positive white light energizing your body. The light is filtering through your system, pushing all impurities to the edge.

As you exhale imagine a giant grey cloud escaping from your breath, it carries remnants of stress, anxiety and other negative feelings. Imagine that this enter the universe and harms none.

As you come to the end of the energized breathing session, imagine a pure, positive radiance enter you. This protective radiance pushes out all traces of anxiety from your system and makes you feel one with Nature.

Let your gaze drift over the object (kept at a distance of 5-10 feet) in a soft, day-dream sort of way.

Keep looking at the object, allowing it to slip in and out of focus till it comes sharply into focus and is surrounded by a pale, smoky aura.

Don't move your gaze, you are almost there, continue looking at the object.

Initially you may see a white or yellow light with bright colours followed by darker ones.

While focusing on the aura, you may discover a strange un-focus that sees another colour while you are concentrating. This is caused by the outer field of vision which is more sensitive than the area that concentrates on the object.

Once you are able to see the aura around inanimate objects, you can start seeing it around humans and animals as well.

Humans will first display the etheric aura which will be followed by a pale, smoke surrounding the skin. This will be followed by a shimmering optical effect. Auras could be a few inches to a few feet wide depending on the person's strength.

Colors of Auras

A Blue aura indicates high spirituality, calm and quiet. A deep blue is considered the best as this shade stands for ultimate realization of life's goals. A smoky blue means the person could be moody.

An Orange aura indicates warmth and creativity. A darker shade indicates pride while a golden-orange tinge stands for self-control.

A Red aura stands for strength, passion, and willpower.
A darker tinge indicates running tempers and impulsiveness.

A Yellow aura is an indication of optimism, wisdom and learning. Reddish yellow is an indication of a shy person.

A Green aura indicates a sympathetic nature. Such a person is thought to be a good healer and reliable. Darker greens stand for jealousy.

A Purple or indigo aura indicates a seeker. People sporting this aura handle issues and situations with grace. A darker tone is an indication of sexual frustrations.

A Black aura indicates furtiveness. It shows that the person is trying to hide something.

A White aura is an indication of purity and truth.

Silver twinkles in an aura means that the lady is carrying or will soon be. Silver streaks are also an indication of heightened creativity.

Black spots in the aura are an indication of strong imbalances. They also mean that the person must overcome negative imbalances.

Flames are an indication of high personal power; in fact the person could be a reincarnation of a popular force.
