It seems such a simple question
I am Janet.
But who�s she?

I am a neighbor and a housemate
A German, French and British.
I am an American.

I�m a student, a classmate
A suitemate, a roommate
I am a best friend.

I am a goddaughter, a cousin
A granddaughter, a niece
I am a daughter.

I�m an author, a poet
A daydreamer, a child at heart
I am a company of one

I am not afraid to keep company with my self.
I am a woman.
I am me.
