Lord of the Underworld, Dabura is possessed by Babidi in his quest to revive Majin Buu. Dabura is a fearsome fighter, skilled in the use of many weapons as well as his fists. When Buu is released Dabure tries to destroy him as he fears that Buu is too dangerous. He is turned into a cookie and eaten by Buu. In the afterlife, he is allowed to eneter Heaven as it is felt that he would enjoy himself too much in Hell.

The ruler of our galaxy, the Dai Kaio likes to wear casual cloathing and to listen to rock music. He is the one that oversees the Anoyoichi Budoukai. He disqualifies both Pikkon and Goku as he knows that they are much stronger than him. He decides that 500 years should be enough time for himself to get back in shape.

The lone survivor of his village after it was attack by Furizas troops, Dende is rescued by Krillin and Gohan. Dende is a healing-class Namek and helps the Z Fighters by healing them during the fight with Furiza. He is killed by Furiza but later revived with the DragonBalls. When Piccolo fuses with Kami, Dende replaces him as guardian of Earth.
