Metallic is a robot created by the Red Ribbon Army and fights Goku on Muscle Tower. The fight with Major Metallic stays pretty even until his batteries run out. He is then defeated. (Duh!)

Mez is the fastest Ogre in Hell and also runs the paperwork side of things. He also guards Enmas sacred fruit with his partner Goz. Though one of the strongest Ogres, he is no match for any of the villians who revolt in Hell after the death of Cell.

Mighty Mask qualified for the 25th Tenkaichi Budoukai and would've competed if Goten and Trunks didn't steal his suit. Goten and Trunks fight wearing the suit but are found out and disqualified after 18 blasts open the suit, revealing their identities.

Mikokatsun is one of the Bio-Warriors created by Dr Whello in Movie 2. Like Majin Buu, Mikokatsun can absorb blows with his excess body fat. He is killed when Goku flies through him using his Kaio-Ken.

Monster Carrot leads a gang that rampages through cities, causing havoc. He also has the ability to turn people into carrots by touching them. He and his entire gang are sent to the moon by Goku. Muuri was the leader of a Namekian village that was attacked by Furiza and his troops. He is killed after destroying all the scouters so that Furiza and his men couldn't find any more villages. He is wished back after the defeat of Furiza and becomes the Namek Elder after Gurus death.
