Overview: Genetic fingerprinting consist of many ways to determine an identity of  a victim or suspect using specimens such as hair, saliva, blood, and semen.
Facts
Fact One: There are many ways on how it works. To find the DNA fingerprint of a criminal, investigators have to find some evidence of the criminal such as blood, hair or saliva. Then, they extract the suspect's DNA by bringing what they found to the lab. By looking at the DNA, investigators are able to match the identities of the suspect as the real criminal.
Fact Two: DNA Fingerprinting has been and still is used in forensic science and in  solving crimes. It has proven to be able to identify the identity an individual reliably.
