I am one of the youngest of the extended family, created by Armand at the point of my death. There are many things that I don't know about my powers, imbued as I am with the powerful blood of my Maker, and each day is a new adventure. Perhaps, after centuries, I may become like the others, impervious to the changes around me or my own abilities. Sadly, some things still tend to elude me, such as the ability to take just the *little drink*. So beware, those who find it intriguing to tempt a vampire, for my lust will seldom be assuaged until the last drop of blood is gone from my prey.
However, on to lighter topics. As Louis will insist on calling me *reporter boy*, I believe I will have to make use of my ability and perhaps use this new home of mine on the web to dig up some of the dirt (no pun intended), on both the illustrious immortals of our little group and some of the mortals that we have come to know as friends. Do not expect to read much about my Armand, though. For a long time, our relationship was strained and our reunion is still quite new. As with all our kind, everything is intense, extreme, including emotions. But before you all protest that learning of my Dark Angel was the main reason that you visited me here, let me say that I will tell you some of what has transpired between us.
Try to remember that I am the New Kid on the Block ::ducking as enraged music fans throw hard objects at his head:: and be patient with me. After all, I have eternity...
I puzzle sometimes at the mortals who visit our various homes. In all the vastness of the web, why do they seek us out? What are they searching for? Is immortality the lure; the danger and excitement of something unknown; curiousity over something different? For ever the inquisitive reporter, I desire to know what has brought you to us, so give me your answers in the Guest Book I have made available or the Forum I am putting up. Is it the twinge of fear as you converse with us? Or the desire to know what is in our own thoughts?
