The Sigma Alpha Sorority
Sets itself apart from other Greek-lettered
organizations in the Philippines by living out its conviction of upholding the
dignity of the individual and not subjecting its neophytes to physical
initiation. Founded in 1964 by 19 ladies seeking a sorority like no other, the
sorority provides young women a sisterhood beyond socials and fun, one that
encourages its members not only to excel academically and be socially
responsible, but to develop themselves to their full potential.
