Accomplished 4/5 String Bass Guitar & Background Vocals
Born in Toledo
Ohio,
influenced by some of the baddest Funk Bands out of Ohio during the 70's & 80's.
Groups like Howard Hewitt & Shalamar, The Ohio Players and Lakeside. Also groups
like Cameo and the Gap Band. I have been playing the bass since about eleven
years old. I play Funk, Jazz, Gospel, and Classic Rock. While a member of the
Air Force stationed in Alaska in the 80's, toured the entire states of Alaska
and Washington with the funk band "Juice". Upon being stationed in
Sacramento,
I played for several bands on the military base circuit and many of the local
clubs during the 80's and early 90's. For the past few years I had concentrated
on contemporary gospel music. Now I am back playing the music closest to my
heart with "Capital City Band",
(R&B Old School, Latin Rock, Jazz & Classic Rock).
