Someone told me to write a sonnet.
I'm pretty sure it was my high school teacher.
I didn't feel like writing a sonnet, so I wrote this.
It has sonnet format. Not quite sonnet content.
Uhhh.. Close enough.
This is the piece that poetry.com keeps telling me is
"The best poem in America" or something
(if only I send them a $600 check).
