Jack has been a jack of all trades. He was a Constable for nine years until the constable jobs were done away with in this state. Then he was Chief of Police in Cairo for awhile,he attended the West Virginia State Police Academy Basic School for a period of three months.He also spent a few months as a Deputy Sheriff,after that he decided to work for the Department of Highways.He spent 12 years working as a truck driver and operated a roller,plus he spent time flagging and cutting brush,and ran a mowing machine.
In 1990 he suffered a ruptured aneurysm on the right side of his brain and when they catscanned his head they found another one on the left side of his brain . They decided to wait until he recovered from the first surgery,to do the second one in six months.
If anyone has been around anyone with aneurysms know that most usually if they rupture the person most of the times have a different personality.It is also hard on the person too,as they most usually don't go back to the way they were. |
