Step #9c  Hit the lever and get your ass out of there!

Once you open the door seen in step #9b, turn left and you will see 2 levers on the left side of the room.  The one that you see targeted in the picture will open the door that is back down the hallway.  QUICKLY hit this lever and run back, the door does not stay open long.

At this time, the players left by the door must attack and kill the creatures behind it.

Step #10  Secure the area.

Once the creatures have been killed and everyone has passed the door hit the switch you see targeted.  This will close the door and not allow any topside creatures to reach you.  Of couse, if the door is already closed the lever will open it.

Step #11  Time to ripen a few more creatures.

Just beyond the door everyone just ran though, is a wall.  Beyond this wall is a lot of bad bad things.  Imperil / Vuld everything in that room.  Then from this picture, turn left, then turn right and enter the room that contains all the monsters you just imperiled.

(Creatures include 2 Diamond Golems, 2 Dark Revenants, and server Relic Bones.)

Step #12  Run though the room.

Once you have killed everything in the room talked about in step #11, run though to the other side.  Enter the opening you see Meryl pointing to in the picture, and turn right and run 1/2 way down the slope.

Soon, you will be attacked by lots of Relic and Cursed Bones.

Step #13  Bone Hell

Be sure you only run 1/2 way down this slope, no need to wake the Dimond Golem at the end yet. You will be attacked by multiple Relic and Cursed Bones.  On occassion, a Dark Revenant may be among them.

Kill them all quickly before proceeding down further.

Step #14   Bad Diamond Golem!

Right where Meryl is pointing, sitting just in front of the door, will be a Diamond Golem.  Kill it quickly.

Don't go gun-ho into the room just yet.  Use a little statagy!

Step #15  Take out the first Relics.

Just inside the room, to your left, will be a door with a Relic or two.  Vulnd and kill them.  Then at the next door on the left (seen just below the radar in the pic) are a few more Relics.  Vulnd and kill them.

Note:  On the right side of the room is a door with a Plasma Golem in it.  IGNORE this golem.  It cannot open the door and come out, so other than a few debuffs, no worries from him.

Step #16   Take out the last Relics.

Behind the second door on the right will be a few more Relic Bones.  Vulnd and kill them.

Sometimes these Relics will come out of their room during step #15.  In any case, just deal with them properly.

Step #17  Unlock the far Door.

The door that was guarded by the Diamond Golem must now be unlocked and passed though.  Have someone case Weaken Lock VI and pry it open.

Be ready though, just beyond this door are 2 Umbris Shadows.

Step #18a  Secure the rebuff room.

This is the room that the two Umbris Shadows come from.  The Umbris are on a 12 minute spawn rate, so this room is optimal for rebuffing.  However, another room to buff in exists.....see step #18b on the next page for details.

Here is what you will need to buff:
 

ALL level VI protections-
Impen ALL armor-
Bludgeon, Flame, Frost Banes-
(optional: Acid and Piercing Banes for Sewer Rats)-
 
As always, buffing your underwear is recommended.
