about our artwork

Our fanciful event design was created expressly for the day by California artist Farah Aria, who specializes in the children's market creating whimsical animals and multicultural children. Farah has written and illustrated children's books, and painted artwork for greeting cards, coloring books, educational books, posters, and magazines. She has worked with young children for over 15 years, and teaches creative, fine, and cultural art in her studio in Pasadena.

The original artwork will be on display at the event on November 14th, and will be available through our silent auction.
