Introduction
As an experienced researcher, teacher and manager in chemistry and computers at a public university, I am constantly applying adept experience and learning new skills. I am an excellent candidate for any position that allows me to use my extensive experience and apply my adaptive skills.
My résumé supports these statements by demonstrating my experience in several areas of chemistry which were brought together to solve problems that bridged multiple disciplines. Through the willing application of old proficiencies and development of new skills, I have successfully added new experimental techniques, increased sensitivity of experiments, and increased the range and reproducibility of the research I was involved in. My teaching experience has ranged from teaching individual labs and lectures, through administrating on behalf of the department in large lectures, to the design and implementation of lesson plans for introductory and advanced classes. And all this was accomplished while maintaining a set of computers in the department made available to all chemistry students. I am eager to demonstrate my ability to learn and adapt on behalf of a company willing to apply my skills. The necessary background that is required is built upon the exact foundation as that of my education. Any minor areas of deficiency will be quickly overcome by my flexibility. I know that by applying my diverse experience, my enthusiastic dedication, my cheerful attitude and my persistent determination, I will aid the continued success of any company that seeks to employ me.
