Bait Reef belongs to the Outer Great Barrier Reef and can be accessed from Airlie Beach on day trips. It is a prime dive location and suitable for unexperienced as well as experienced divers. The crew on Reef Jet (which I took) is very helpful and looks well after the guests on board. However, it is quite expensive (1 day trip incl. all gear and two dives $ 171). |
