yesterday i uncovered my distant star fan fic from the dust that had been gathering since august of 2000 and took a little trip back in time.
i read about koby's transformation from a 'normal' schoolgirl in a 'normal' state to a sailor senshi with powers that were literally out of this solar system - sailor centauri.
i recalled how she was born from my beliefs and personality and how she silently began to develop her own persona. and then - just as i was starting to get somewhere in my trilogy - everything stopped.
perhaps it was my friends' threats that motivated me to pick up a pen and finish what i started last summer. perhaps it was my own curiosity as to how far i could take things, stretch the limits. i will never know.
somehow i finished one more chapter (chapter 10 - the beginning) - got over the block that had haunted me since august. and now i can feel the life of this fic swelling to a new level.
i decided to celebrate the rebirth of this fic with an all new layout, one that suits my personal change in maturity. you'll notice that the dub names are gone, replaced by their japanese originals.
i hope that this time around this fic will find the auidence it was meant for and i'll find the motivation to keep writing.
