like all good fan fic authors must do at one point in time, i am hereby declaring that i do not own haruka/uranus, michiru/neptune, or any other characters or plot lines in the anime or manga of sailor moon. those are copyright takeuchi naoko, kodansha, toei animation, tv asahi, bandai and all other companies affiliated with the show or manga.
the use of these characters brings me no monetary income (in other words i'm not getting paid for writing this). the only thing i get from these stories is my own sick enjoyment.
all fan art on this site is copyright their original artist and you must contact them before using it on your own website. i don't own it. i can barely manage to draw stick people.
the song lyrics quoted at the beginning of each chapter of my stories belong to the artist/group named beneath it.
finally... what i do own... koby simmons/sailor centauri is my original character, along with any other minor characters that appear in the distant star trilogy. the concept of the distant star trilogy is my unique idea, so please don't steal it and make it your own.
if you'd like to use one or more of my characters, just drop me a line asking permission. chances are i'll say yes.
