ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Many thanks to the following schools: Izvoarele, Tiganesti, Zimnicele (Teleorman county), Salva (Transylvania), Oporelu (Olt county) and School No.8 (Giurgiu). On the 24th of June 2004 they were all present at the Village and Folk Art Museum where the pupils (assisted by their teachers) from these schools performed wonderful Romanian folk dances. They also provided us with information about them. Thanks to them we could create the Special Events section.
