Diocese of Phoenix

In the Diocese of Phoenix, the Disciples of Hope run two parishes. The first one is the Most Holy Trinity Church in Central Phoenix, and the second is El Cristo Rey in the Grand Canyon Village.

Fr. Joshua Alvero is the Pastor of the Church of the Most Holy Trinity, a 1400- family multi-cultural parish that has an elementary school and is responsible for the pastoral care of the Catholic patients of Lincoln Trauma and Medical Center, as well as the nine Nursing Homes within its parish boundaries. (visit the Most Holy Trinity Website)

Rev. Fr. Jose Cornelia, S.D. Administering the parish of El Cristo Rey is Fr. Jose Cornelia. Located inside the Grand Canyon National Park, one of the seven natural wonders of the world, this parish may well become in the future a venue for spiritual retreats for all ages, but particularly the elderly.
