Notes collected after the Interview:

o The system should not be application heavy, and hence a single system should never be developed that would cover all the Applications.

o As a result, the System could be developed that has just the basic features, and additional features could be provided as add-on patches. This would enable that users don’t pay too much for features they won’t ever use, and will never be overwhelmed by a plethora of features.

o The system should be constructed with a well defined module for help, as this is aimed at absolute beginners, and hence we must try and provide very easy to use interface, as well as provide information, on a need to know basis.

o Not all users have the same demands for information about all the topics hence we could have a scrollbar based system that provides more and more information as we move below.

o Another suggestion by a user was that they wanted pictures and some comments about the structure. This could be provided by means of providing extra data that could be retrieved from city governments, about the various monuments.

o An envisioning idea was that the system should be developed with in built voice help, as sometimes users would want a recorded message to help them.
