This is an old photo of a very streamlined DD708.
Not sure, but either taken in Lisbon Portugal in March, 1972 Naval Station Newport Rhode Island, just after our ship's (USS Intrepid CVS-11) return to Quonset Point NAS from quick NATO cruise to Rota Spain.
