This is an old photo of a very streamlined DD708.
Not sure, but either taken in Lisbon Portugal in March, 1972 Naval Station Newport Rhode Island, just after our ship's (USS Intrepid CVS-11) return to Quonset Point NAS from quick NATO cruise to Rota Spain.

Ray Kuhn,served aboard the Dickson in the Radar Gang from about '47 through '49.
He now resides in Atlanta.
