What is Tapped In?
Tapped In is an online center where educators can together to discuss numerous subjects, projects, and events. A calendar is available so that members all over the world can participate in after school discussions. It's a symposium that reaches from one side of the world to the other.
After joining Tapped In, members can choose their own FREE office space and even furnish it as they wish. Special online meetings and classes can be held at the member's office. Pets are permitted.
A map is available so that once entered into the Tapped In environment, one can find his or her way around the site. Generally, a host is at the Help Desk to assist with any questions that one might have.
There are many functions available including the ability to project web sites of interest to others in the group; a page of subject oriented resources, Tapped In Tours,
Library, graphics, and much more. It's a good place for educators to gather and share information.
