THE 2001 Denver Diamondbacks
Team History
Over 90% of the 2000 D-Backs resigned for the 2001 year. The clubs success of the previous year was not made light as 11 players returned. With so many veteran players returning, the team is poised for a run at the title. This year they have high expectations as they should do serious damage to the bewildered league opponents. The return of Randy Banner and Joe diMonda add new depth and Matt Sullivan is holding nothing back for the title. Ken Hulse has made it clear what is expected and everyone agrees what needs to be done. The team has turned and is pointing in the right direction under new management. Matt and Ken remain the glue for a championship season. Check back to this page soon for better photo's.
