A brief history:
Brad joined the D-backs in April of 2000 and immediately his play was an asset to the club. His hitting and fielding are top level. He maintains a starting infield position at SS or Third, but is heavily relied upon to come in as the number 2 starter on the mound. His role as the backup pitcher has not only benefited the club on several occasions but in addition he is looked to close a game out from time to time. His stick has been solid every year earning his place at number 2 in the rotation. We are glad Brad came aboard.
