The Sugar Addiction

A high percentage of our population is addicted to processed sugar.  Fast and Frozen food producers add it to almost everything they make. As a direct cause of this, our population, especially our children, are becoming fatter, sicker and loosing mental ability.

Consumption of excess Processed sugar causes:

While sugar addiction is the most prevalent, widely practiced & legally accepted addiction in our society, few of us understand it & fewer still know how to manage it on a life-long basis. An average person eats 160 pounds of sugar a year. That is equivalent to over 1/2 cup of sugar a day. The teenage boy eats twice that much.

Signs of a sugar problem
