Philanthropy

The Delta Gamma Foundation was established in 1951 to provide a means for members of Delta Gamma to work together in furtherance of charitable, scientific, literary and educational objectives. Many national non-profit organizations supporting those who are visually impaired or who help to preserve sight receive financial support from the Delta Gamma Foundation.

There are many facets to the Delta Gamma Foundation. Not only do we raise money and give our time to Service for Sight objectives, but we also provide scholarship, fellowship, and loan money to Delta Gamma's and their families. Another focus of the Delta Gamma Foundation is Well Aware, which exists to provide current information on women's issues, such as health, wellness, and values and ethics, to our collegiate and alumnae members.
