Everyday sun rises, it shines
It gives a start to a new day, a new life
It makes the entire world happy
But I wonder why I aren’t happy
I guess I miss something, I guess I miss someone.
Everyday I meet my friends
I thank Lord for bestowing me with such a wonderful gift of friendship
The friends who have been there when I needed them
The friends who will be there when I’ll need them
But I wonder why I aren’t happy
I guess I miss something, I guess I miss someone.
Everyday I’ve my meals
I think of people who aren’t so lucky
And thank Lord for his grace
But I wonder why I aren’t happy
I guess I miss something, I guess I miss someone.
I have a loving and caring family
Ones who have been there when I needed them
Ones who will be there when I’ll need them
But something makes me feel that its not complete
And I wonder why I aren’t happy
I guess I miss something, I guess I miss someone.
I’ve completed many years of my life on this earth
I’ve seen places, I’ve met people
Still it seems, I’ve not yet seen someone, I’ve not yet met someone
And I wonder why I aren’t happy
I guess I miss something, I guess I miss someone.
Sometimes I look back at the memory lane
There at the moments, the time spent, that I’ll cherish forever
The people who made a difference in my life, who I’ll remember forever
But I still haven’t had that special moment with that special person
And I wonder why I aren’t happy
I guess I miss something, I guess I miss someone.
During a no-moon; clear sky
When the sky can be seen studded with ALL the stars
With all the stars glittering in the sky and making it complete
I feel as if something is missing from the sky of my life, someone special
And I wonder why I aren’t happy
I guess I miss something, I guess I miss someone.
Seconds turn into minutes, minutes into hours, hours into days, days into
weeks, weeks into months and life continues
Sometimes life tries to elude me in believing that it is complete
But I know it isn’t, Coz I aren’t happy
Coz I miss Something and Someone Special, in my LIFE !!!
That Someone is "U" and that Something is "YOUR LOVE", that
I miss. |
