Welcome! My name is Debbie Escovy and I have a love-- a passion, really-- for decorating cakes. I enjoy sharing my hobby with friends and family, and being a part of their celebrations. I like to work with buttercream, fondant, and sugar paste (gumpaste), and make such embelishments as edible pearls, ribbons, bows, I've even tried my hand at hand made sugar flowers. I enjoy learning new things in the "sugar craft" all the time, and turning mere "cakes" into "cake creations"!

As time permits I like attending cake classes/ clubs in the Houston area, and just playing around with new techniques on my own! I welcome your questions and ideas, and love to share tips & magazines if you are interested in cake decorating too!
